The lunch and dinner menus are multi-course menus, and can cater for most dietary requirements with advance notice. Seasonality is key, which means the Hillside menu is constantly changing. As a diner, you never know quite what to expect, especially since there’s no à la carte dinner option. Instead, you choose between a five- and seven-course tasting menu, with or without wine matches.
The weekend brunch menu is a build your own style menu. The team create this menu daily so need to know about any dietary requirements in advance.
