ヒルサイドは、ウェリントンとニュージーランドを代表する食べ物やドリンクを提供する小さなレストランです。メニューは季節に応じて書かれており、庭で育てられているものやチームが採取したものに基づいています。このため、事前にメニューを見ることはできません。

料理は肉を使用しておらず、ベジタリアン／植物中心の美味しい料理です。選ばれたワインは、ワイン製造プロセスで動物性成分を使用していません。
