The Arborist is perched high above Wellington city. Blocked from the prevailing northerly wind, the bar is decked out with recycled pallet furniture, plenty of lush cushions and blankets for when the sun goes down.
Frozen cocktails are the specialty here, with a range of beers, wines and top shelf spirits and boutique soda’s available.
If you are feeling peckish there are a range of platters with vegetarian/vegan, dairy and gluten free options available, as well as delicious fries. Cook your own charcoal BBQ’s are also available on request if you really want that backyard vibe.
As there is limited capacity, it's recommended to arrive before 5.00pm to avoid a wait. You are welcome to grab a drink in the downstairs bar and wait to be called if the bar is full.
