The Arboristはウェリントン市の高い場所に位置しています。主に吹く北風から遮られているため、バーにはリサイクルパレットの家具、豊富なクッション、日が沈むときのための毛布がたくさん揃っています。

ここの専門は冷凍カクテルで、ビール、ワイン、トップシェルフのスピリッツ、ブティックのソーダも取り揃えています。

お腹が空いたら、ベジタリアン／ビーガン、乳製品、グルテンフリーなどのオプションがある各種のプラッターや、美味しいフライがあります。自分で炭火BBQもリクエストすれば利用できますので、まるで庭でバーベキューをしているような雰囲気を味わうことができます。

キャパシティが限られているため、待ち時間を避けるためには午後5時前に到着することがおすすめです。バーがいっぱいの場合は、1階のバーでドリンクを取りながら待つことができます。

夏季 - 天候により12:00〜毎日
冬季 - 木曜日から土曜日までの営業時間は15:00〜天候による
