Wellington Harbour Heli-Flight

Wellington City, Wellington

Escape the capital city to explore the boundaries of Wellington Harbour by helicopter, taking in views of Matiu Somes Island and the Cook Strait.

You will begin your experience in the heart of the capital city before heading out to explore the boundaries of Wellington Harbour.

Your pilot will inform you of all the points of interest as you fly over the diverse, tectonic landscape that encompasses our city.  Wellington was shaped by a massive earthquake in 1855 and you can see the full extent of these changes from above.

Take in views of Zealandia eco sancturary attraction, Matiu/Somes Island and Cook Strait, the highway for the ferries that shuttle between the North and South Islands of New Zealand.

Returning back to the city, you will glimpse famous landmarks such as our parliament buildings and Te Papa, the national museum.

This is a 15 Minute flight.  Minimum passenger numbers apply.
