Palliser Estate is one on New Zealand's leading wine brands and is situated in Martinborough. Open all year round, the cellar door at Palliser Estate gives you the opportunity to sample Palliser and Pencarrow vintages. There's a tasting area and courtyard to enjoy your choices.
On the estate, cooking classes are available with classes up to 12 people learning in a purpose built room to learn how to cook simple, delicious and practical food. The room is also ideal for group events with full AV equipment, seating up to 35.
Opening Hours:
Open seven days a week.
10:30am until 4:00pm (until 5:00pm during daylight saving). Closed on Christmas Day, New Year Day, Good Friday and Anzac Day.
