Whether you want to strengthen your body, improve your mobility or calm your mind - our yoga and pilates classes will help. They are designed for people like you - young, old, fit, broken and everything in between!
Established in 2005 and still going strong, we’re the only studio in Wellington offering Bikram Yoga - the original hot yoga sequence designed for beginners.
We also have HIIT classes, yin yoga and mat pilates which complement this sequence. Our teachers are all highly-qualified, and the studio is modern, spacious and well equipped, providing you with a safe and hygienic heated yoga experience.
