Situated in a beautiful heritage building on 60 Victoria Street, Forme Day Spa is designed to offer a heavenly indulgent experience and leave all your stresses at the door. The Day Spa offer 5 large treatment rooms which includes a special couples VIP suite. There's also a special relaxing area to continue the experience after your treatment has finished and enjoy a spot of lunch.

Forme Day Spa is available for wedding and corporate groups. Parking is available next door in the Wilson Carpark.
