KK Malaysian Restaurant located in Ghuznee Street has been offering Malaysian cuisine in central Wellington since 1998.
The restaurant is named with the initials of its founder, who bought the food from her native Malaysia to the city and has a simple décor with the focus on value for money and efficient service.
The menu offers authentic Malaysian food at reasonable prices including chicken, beef, fish, seafood, and vegetarian options. Dishes include satay chicken, Nasi Goreng, which is a Malaysian style fried rice and a variety of creamy laksa soups.
The venue is not licensed but soft drinks are available.
