The cuisine reflects the vibrant cuisines of southern Europe, Levant and Mediterranean. Guests can explore and enjoy dishes rooted in classical cooking yet with a modern approach, featuring rich spices, fresh herbs and seasonal bounty.
The menu features smaller plates inspired by the tapas and mezzes of the Med, as well as larger dishes that include hand rolled pastas, pasture raised meats and locally grown organic produce. Sourcing is sustainable and considered, partnering with likeminded local suppliers.

Last reservations are taken at 8:45pm Wednesday to Thursday, with later sittings available Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
