Burkes Cycles offer new and used bikes, parts and cycling accessories. Established in the 1920s, Burkes Cycles is a family business that has been an active part of the Wellington bicycle trade.
More than 80 years later, the Burke family still own and operate Wellington's premier bike shop - but they aren't just a local bike, part and cycling gear store anymore!
With 4000 square feet of space, they house far more bike and cycling accessories inventory. Check out their range of BMX, mountain, road and single speed bike parts, scooters, nutritional supplies and cycling clothing. Both used and new bikes are available from the Wellington bike store
Burkes Cycles also offers a range of bike repair and cycle services from their fully equipped Wellington workshop. Their Bike Technicians can service anything from three year old high-end road or mountain bikes to a scooter that needs its bearings replaced. Suspension fork and shock services, custom wheel builds, bikes builds and general maintenance are just some of the the services offered by our Shimano certified technicians.
