Cocktail Bars Late Night Bars Bars Luxury Activities Tucked away on Courtenay Place, C.G.R. Merchant & Co celebrates the bravery and adventure of the former ships' captains who sailed around the world looking for new herbs and spices to bring home.

The drinks menu features a range of cocktails and a selection of gin and rum enhanced by seasonal and classic infusions. Of course, if you don't fancy anything from the menu you can ask the bartenders to create something just for you. There are wines and beers on the menu too for those who don't want spirits. 

A small food menu accompanies the drinks including toasted sandwiches, cheese platters and ice cream sandwiches.
