The Course at Race Trentham offers a vast array of function rooms and outdoor areas to suit all styles and sizes.  Whilst being conveniently located, 200m from the Trentham Railway station and 25 minutes from central Wellington, the surrounding valley hills will give the feeling of being away from it all.

Inside, are individual spaces catering to groups from 5 to 500, while outside the venue can host 20,000 people, or up to 50,000 utilising the entire grounds.  

Guests can enjoy the perfect natural outdoor venue and elegant racecourse rooms.  Take your pick from more than 25 function rooms, various outdoor areas and abundant parking options.  Outdoor facilities include the grandstand seating for 2,500, and car parking for 6,000 cars and 2,000 campervans (non-serviced).
