Casual Dining Mexican Tapas Don’t ask for nachos here and don't expect your tacos to come in hard shell.  At Viva Mexico, a taco is a folded, fresh tortilla, smelling and tasting of ground maize rather than cardboard.  

As with their quesadillas and enchiladas, fillings and toppings for these tacos are a case of mix and match: for old time’s sake, you can order the same old beef taco with cheese, and your enchiladas retro style, swimming in melted cheese.  However, there are great alternatives including the pibil sauce, which is absolutely one thing you should try.
