ビッグ・サムは、ウェリントンのダウンタウンに位置するアレンストリートにあり、四川（中国南部）および広東料理に特化したシェフチームがいます。

週7日オープンしており、レストランの内装は天井が高く巨大なランプシェードが使われ、赤いシーティングと黄色いテーブルクロスでモダンな中国の雰囲気が漂っています。

毎日、午前11時から午後2時30分まで、誘惑的なディムサムや中国茶を含むヤムチャメニューが提供されます。メニューは香港のディムサムの専門シェフによって管理されています。

夕方5時30分から遅い時間まで、広範なアラカルトメニューが提供され、専門のシェフによって調理された四川料理と広東料理の前菜やメイン料理が豊富に用意されています。コースメニューもあります。

別々のファンクションルームは最大30人まで収容でき、グループ機能に最適です。

営業時間:

月曜日から日曜日: 午前11時 - 午後2時30分／夕方5時 - 遅くまで
