Description

After hotel pickup or from a designated meeting point, travel along Wellington Waterfront before ascending Mt. Victoria Lookout for panoramic views of the city and harbour.

The tour continues along the coastal route through Oriental Bay and Evans Bay, including a stop at the Windy Wellington sign. Arrive at the Weta Cave Shop, home to Weta Studio Tours, where you can explore life-sized sculptures, a mini-museum, and watch a behind-the-scenes documentary.

Proceed to Shelly Bay and around the Miramar Peninsula, followed by lunch at a seaside café or restaurant. Make a brief stop at Wahine Memorial Park, then explore the south Wellington coast, including Taputeranga Marine Reserve and Te Kopahou Reserve Visitor Centre.
