2006年にレストランを設立したRemiro Bresolinと彼の2人の息子、LeonardoとLorenzoは現在もこの店を運営しています。 Remiro Bresolinは1970年代にウェリントンで最初にピザを作り、販売した人の一人であり、今日、Scopaは彼が設定した高い基準を維持しています。
朝食とランチのメニューには、イタリア風の典型的な料理があります。ピザメニューは午前11時から利用可能です。ディナーでは、パスタとサラダがピザに加わり、ティラミスなどの魅力的なデザートも用意されています。
