Vår vackra studio är fullt utrustad för yoga och erbjuder ett utbud av klasser lämpliga för nybörjare såväl som erfarna utövare. Vi undervisar i traditionell yoga i en trygg, stöttande och icke-konkurrensbetonad miljö med stort fokus på lärande genom praktik.

Alla våra lärare är Iyengar-certifierade (eller officiellt tränande) och mycket erfarna utövare, som strävar efter att uppmuntra och vårda varje elev genom deras egen yogaprocess.

Praktiken av Iyengar yoga är känd för sin förmåga att hjälpa till att återhämta sig från skador och korrigera obalanser samtidigt som den förbättrar och optimerar övergripande funktionen hos den fysiska kroppen.
