Hallensteins varumärket är något av en nyzeeländsk institution, grundad på 1800-talet av tyska immigranten Bendix Hallenstein, först som en allmän butik och sedan som en herrmodeleverantör.

Idag säljer dess butiker trendiga kläder lämpliga för en bred åldersgrupp, samt garderobsstaplar som jeans och avslappnade t-shirts.

Det finns två Wellington-butiker, på Cuba Street och på Lambton Quay och båda bär ett sortiment av avslappnade och mer formella kläder och accessoarer inklusive skor, väskor och bälten.

Öppettider:

Måndag - torsdag: 8.30 - 18.00, fredag: 8.30 - 20.00, lördag: 9.00 - 18.00, söndag: 10.00 - 17.00.
