Palliser Estate（パリサー・エステート）は、ニュージーランドの主要なワインブランドの1つであり、マーティンボロに位置しています。 Palliser Estateの地下室は一年中営業しており、PalliserやPencarrowのヴィンテージを試飲する機会を提供しています。試飲エリアと中庭があり、お好きなワインを楽しむことができます。

エステート内では、12人までのクラスが利用でき、調理クラスが開催されています。ここでは、簡単で美味しい実用的な料理の作り方を学ぶことができます。また、フルAV機器完備の部屋があり、最大35人まで収容可能で、団体イベントにも最適です。

営業時間:

年中無休。

午前10:30から午後4:00まで（夏時間中は午後5:00まで）。クリスマス、元日、グッドフライデー、アンザックデーには休業します。
